BB gang face time in cell
by MARK JEFFERIES
PREPARE for pain! Housemates will face the toughest Big Brother ever this year in a cramped house that has even got a secret “prison cell”.
And we are the only newspaper to get our hands on the plan that shows EVERY room.
Our blueprint exclusively reveals that:
● Contestants won’t have enough beds.
● There are no hiding places – with cameras even allowed in the bathroom.
● The walls can change colour to change the mood inside the house.
● Among the secret rooms is a wooden decked “cell” to punish housemates’ bad behaviour.
Bosses have decided on the theme of danger for this summer’s TV extravaganza and will not put up with anybody breaking the rules.
Cameras
They even plan to lock away contestants who misbehave during tasks or discuss nominations.
A show source said: “The house has no hiding places this year and there are more cameras than ever to make sure nothing is missed.
“I wouldn’t want to live there for one minute.
“The living room is bland and uncomfortable and there is only one small bedroom, so at some stage there will not be enough beds to go around. That is going to cause friction and is guaranteed to upset some people.
“Another new feature is that the walls in the bedroom have illuminated panels behind them. So BB bosses can change the colour of the room at any time. They may use yellow or orange to wake up the housemates and then change it to red if there is a lot of anger in the house.
“They can turn these lights on at any time day or night and that is also going to annoy anyone trying to sleep during the day.
“There are also several secret rooms that are being worked on.
One has decked flooring and high walls to give the feeling of being imprisoned. It will be used as a punishment or isolation room.”
Meals
Our source also told how the outdoor dining table, complete with chandelier, is the only area with enough room for all the housemates to sit together to eat. So it could be uncomfortable in bad weather to have meals together, which will lead to more friction.
The insider added: “There’s even a camera in the bathroom next to the bath so there will never be anywhere they can escape from TV.
“And there’s a window, so the contestants will never be far away from prying eyes – even when they are taking a bath.”
Our pictures also show that there are no steps in the house, as they’ve been replaced with ramps, prompting speculation that one contestant uses a wheelchair.
