I'm not a fan of Lily Allen, but there have definitely been worse artists to have received an Ivor Novello.
Chief among them the Feeling, Phil Collins, Robbie Williams (just WTF), Leona Lewis, Jamiroquai and Oasis. Thrilled for Johnny Marr though... nice one.
