Vote for Aiden if you are a fan.
He is in trouble. He sang after Mary. If the "Curse of Mary" is true then Aiden is in trouble Vote Vote Vote! Last edited by Niamh.; 22-11-2010 at 03:59 PM. |

Or not. He's really weak as a performer and to be honest he really ruined thriller last night. Sorry Aiden...

He'll be ok, Belle Amie's a cert for the bottom 2 and they'll go before he does. This week was just a bad song choice really.

I liked his performace last night, and earlier I checked the YouTube views, and he was 3rd so I think he'll be alright.

I don't think he will go but I won't be too surprised if he's in the bottom two. He didn't give the best of performances last night.

I don't think Mary even performed as great as she did in previous weeks. She was forgettable and I don't think the curse is going to affect anyone this time.

I hope he goes but I can't see it happening. His social awkwardness is getting unbearably cringeworthy and I can't stand watching it anymore.

I don't think this cheesy talent contest is for aiden at all... maybe it's got him enough publicity for him to find a band to join

Last night was just self indulgence and he was clearly trying to do another Madworld. But it failed miserably. Sad thing is, I can see him as an artist making intense, moody music. But thats not what XF is about, sadly. And now that he's gone that route it will be almost impossible for him to ever get his credibility back. He'll survive this week but seriously needs to rethink what he performs in future if he's to get anything from XF. |

I agree with most of what Zippy has said, however, I love his intense way of performing, last night he still was one of my top 3 with Matt . Rebecca though was truly outstanding and I'd buy her recordings now even after only 4 weeks on X Factor.
I think Michael Jackson had he been here would have sent some message to Aiden with appreciation for what was done with THRILLER last night. It was so well known before, I would never have given it to Aiden, but once he had to do it then to have any crediblity at all he had to totally transform it from its usual format. |

I hope not, I actually loved his performance.
I think belle amie, and possibly katie will be in the bottom. I would say wagner too but I say that every week and it doesnt happen

I'm hoping that Wagner's gone one step too far this week and his novelty has worn off now.. if he's in the bottom two the judges surely can't save him???? mind you they saved Jedward over Lucie so who knows

I think his performance was weaker than usual this week. And this week was meant to be the week he proved he could sing? I usually have a bit of a giggle/mile at his performances, but this week i was just sat gobsmacked at how bad he was, and embarrassed for the poor man

I love Michael Jackson recordings and was introduced to them by my much older Brothers, they all agree as I do that Michael loved new takes on his songs and was always appreciative of the efforts of others.
Being so unique himself,he would have admired Aidens originality too and I feel sure he'd have liked this new take on Thriller after seeing in his lifetime so many straight attempts by other singers just doing the song near unchanged, Michael Jackson was a musical genius and he loved experimenting with different takes on his songs. Naturally it was changed so much that for lots of people it didn't work but that doesn't mean it wasn't a good effort at trying. |

As to Belle Amie I say that every week too Vicky, I also do think Wagner has had his run and its time to go. For Aiden I just fear him in the bottom 2 with Katie or Treyc again, who would the judges send home, that's my worry tonight. I believe anyone can be in the bottom 2 really, its hard to have an idea this year so far. |
