Big Brother winner Josie Gibson has got together with the Cornish Wurzells to produce a fun and uplifting original Christmas track to raise money for The Children's Hospice South West.
The West Country band has teamed up with one of their greatest fans from Bristol, Josie Gibson.
Josie was not shy in voicing her love of the West Country boy band during her stay in the Big Brother house. Those of you who are Big Brother fans may recall her trying to teach John James the song Combine Harvester.
Josie went on to win Big Brother 2010 and then met her idols. It goes without saying the Cornish Wurzells serenaded her with Combine Harvester which is one of Josies' favourite tracks by the West Country's oldest boy bands.
Russell who is lead singer in the band approached Josie with a Christmas single in mind to raise money for Children's Hospice South West. Without hesitation Josie agreed. Since then The Wurzells have been writing a unique piece to rival the Christmas charts.
Join this group for updates and video footage as its recorded. With your help we could get Josie and The Cornish Wurzells into the charts this Christmas!
