Default What's with the new tags?

Like, copying every major word from the thread title. What difference does this make, when you can just search for the thread title and find it? I can see why people might search "Karly BB10 gets tits out" and hey presto, and other such news stories, but a lot of the time really random words get put into the tags. Here's an example:

I can see why "death penalty" and maybe even "Brits" would be tagged - but why tag "back" and "majority"? I understand this is probably just an automatic thing, it just seems odd.
