Default "Elimination" NOT "Eviction"
Oh my God this pisses me off. Eviction is only fitting for BB (and possibly IAC) since they're being thrown out of their home, kind of. For competition shows with CONTESTANTS, it's ELIMINATIONS!

If The X Factor dislikes Big Brother so much, why are they using a term from it?

The beginning VT of last night's episode. It showed them all commenting on the double, with half calling it an eviction.

Just going back to Big Brother, it really winds me up when people say "up for nomination". At least eviction/elimination is kind of the same
