Default Grimm - Mondays 9pm on Watch

Quote:
Brand New Series - Coming Soon

American fantasy-drama series, Grimm, is new and exclusive to Watch from February 2012. From the executive producers of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel, comes a fantastical world of police work where all cases have a storybook connection... but not always a happy ever after. Grimm, set in Portland, Oregon puts a dark new twist on the Brothers Grimm stories. Imagine if the tales, adored by generations, were real and there was only one person who could stop the villains.

In this supernatural series there is no knight in shining armour coming to save the day. Instead our unlikely hero is homicide detective, Nick Burckhardt (David Giuntoli). When Nick begins to see things that he can't quite explain - beautiful women transforming into hideous hags and average Joe's evolving into vicious trolls - he begins to question his sanity.

In Grimm, there are no such thing as bedtime stories. Everywhere Burckhardt looks he sees monsters. Destined to take on the misfortune of his family, Nick becomes ever more entwined in the ancient Grimm tales. He finds it hard to hide the dangers of his identity from his fiancée, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) and his partner, Hank (Russell Hornsby). The only person Nick can trust with the truth is Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell), a reluctant informant and reformed Grimm creature, who helps him unravel each case.

Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils, including royal lines dating back to the original profilers themselves, the Brothers Grimm.
Just saw an advert for this and thought it looked a lot like Once Upon A Time and after reading the article it sounds similar too so I will probably give it a watch and see how it goes, it started in America in October and starts here February/March.

7.5/10 rating on IMDB
