Her Album has been out for nearly a year but its an indie production she isnt with a label.

Therein lies the big problem for her, if she makes the 'live' shows then the songs she will be made to sing there as you point out in like the themed weeks,(as they do with near all acts on X Factor), will strip away any originality she has at present.
