Default is this Tesco's downfall ?

every little dose not help ms Jarrett - and i to disagree 07.03.13

at last we have seen action,
this is going to get spinning the cogs,
they will slow down,
from a sprint to one who jogs.
you have got complaisant,
and lost all your gratitude,
the amount of times i have seen a potential collision,
tells me arrogance is Tesco's attitude.
straight through the shop floor,
customers are not your priority,
and like ms Jarrette said,
the amount of noise needs to be reported to the authority.
the tills are badly run,
i used to be grudge self serve,
but those in Hampstead and Highgate as well,
are far better then a cashier in reserve.
you are noisy and loud,
ms Jarrette i am sure will not stand alone,
Tesco, this is your downfall,
this complaint can not be brushed off as a moan.

(http://www.camdennewjournal.com/news...ant-court-over -noise-store i am a huge fan of tesco and i was delighted when they took over the supermarket war and now a few years on and i feel all change has happened. simply they have got complaisant. i use loads and loads of tesco's as of my work in london and the ones that spring to mind are swains lane 1. hampstead.2. highgate.3. belsize park 4.sisters road 5 drayton park 6. tottenham court road . i feel they have got so confident and can now dictate to us the shopper. i bet they feel this will be soon brushed away and we will all go back to shopping with them. i feel what most lets tesco down is the constant squashed feeling (thats with out them pulling stock off a lorry straight through the middle) of being in any of there stores with everything so tight. also the customer service is real bad and i feel so uneasy when cashiers or staff talk over me and communicate in a language i can not understand. to fix this problem improvements need to be made and i will be sending my poem to head office to complain. my question to you is ? has tesco had there day ? )
