Default The Banned Sin City 2 Poster

A poster featuring Eva Green in a see-through robe has reportedly been deemed inappropriate by the MPAA (Motion Picture Association for America).

The MPAA has not approved a sanctioned release of the new Sin City: A Dame to Kill for promo.

The poster is said by Page Six to have been rejected on the grounds of "nudity - curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown".

It is thought that Dimension is now working on an edited version.

Eva Green, currently starring Penny Dreadful, is joined in the Sin City sequel by castmembers including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis and Josh Brolin. The film will also feature a cameo from Lady Gaga.

Five other posters for the movie were released online earlier this month.

Sin City: A Dame to Kill for opens on August 22 in the US and on August 29 in the UK.
What a crime, it's a magnificent poster. It's not even that explicit at all either.

Its a fantastic poster and they are having a laugh deeming it inappropriate tbh with the stuff that's shown on tv/movies these days.

i remember seeing the first one at the cinema a couple times back in 2005 and they were saying they had plans for 2 & 3 when the first was in theaters. so when this finally got a date i said bout ****ing time lol
