Default BB format poll. Old skool vs Modern twists.

Are there too many twists and too much manipulation in BB these days? Or does it keep the show exciting?

Is old skool BB better in it's simplicity or would viewers find it boring and switch off?

Or does it simply need to strike a balance between the two?

I think old school is better, but the occasional twist is tolerable. But only when it doesn't affect the entire house too much (like this season, which feels completely artificial).

I prefer old school but I doubt many would watch to be fair.

I clicked the wrong thing

A balance of both I think, I do like a twist but every now and then not a twist on a twist every other week, I think the word balance itself perfectly describes EVERYTHING needed for a perfect BB series tbqh, a balance of housemates/personalities, a balance of drama/fun and so on.

Old school with maybe a twist very very rarely.A twist should actually be a twist,It's not when it happens every series.

Across all 15 BBs, when did they start entitling the show with a 'Theme' ? If it was not from the very first show, was that their ( the producers ) invitation to meddle ?

A balance is needed or people'd turn off for it being 'boring'

Two twists, one in each half, should be the accepted formula.

I'm happy for the odd twist, but I want the basics of "full nominations each week, housemates with the most face eviction" kept intact. Nominations are one of the most interesting parts of the show for me, so I hate it when they mess around with that process.

Twists are fine, if balanced.

The problem is the housemates..very unbalanced.
Time to go back to ordinary folk going in, instead of all these agency fed fodder.

Balance of both, I think BB5, BB6 and BB7 (maybe by a narrow margin) got the twists just right.
