Yeah I get you, but it's human nature to want recognition, it doesn't downplay what helpful things the person in particular does, it's a very normal thing to want. You've just said it yourself, she wants recognition from all of the good things she has done, in other words, attention and for people to fawn over her, yes okay she has done some half decent things, but lets not forget that the majority of those things she would have been told to do to keep up the appearance of 'Miss Derry' no act is selfless, even less so when someone craves attention from doing so

Yes and there's nothing wrong with that, she can promote her causes and have a little pat on the back at the same time, doesn't make what she did any less good. Again though with thinking it's just an act, how do you know she was told to do so? I could easily turn around and claim Helen is planning on fostering to make herself look good, and I bet that if/when she does, we'll see her selling stories on it, but so what, wouldn't make her doing so any less selfless. I think it's time both Ashleigh and Helen fans stop stooping to such levels to tarnish the other's image, it's just turning the show into an unpleasant experience tbh. There's a little bit of good in most people, it should be praised when it's there, not shot down and twisted by the other camps.

ok i'm a fan but-these kinda threads just seem really desperate-is this really needed? maybe i am being delusional but she seems pretty strong to win but the way some fans are going about this anyone would think shes going to be killed off unless shes viewed as being anything less than completely 100% perfect and wins.
