Jason has been given his second formal warning by Big Brother.

The solemn Scot was called to the Diary Room and given the warning after swearing at Big Brother and leaving the sofa area during the nomination process.

He emerged from the Diary Room and relayed the conversation to the group.

Marching into the garden, he revealed that Big Brother had asked him, "Do you have a problem with following the rules?" and had then chastised him for leaving the sofas during nominations.

Jason had told Big Brother that he had left the sofa as some of the other housemates were smoking - a habit he hates.

The disgruntled Scot - who last night threatened to walk - told Victor for the umpteenth time that leaving the House was on his mind once more.

A placating Victor encouraged him to "hang in there for a bit."

Jason was grim about his prospects saying, "You get two warnings - the third one you're out."

I think he will end up walking this week, he's getting very moody and he's talked about walking out hundreds of times today

He is just scared of getting booed when he comes out. That is the real reason he wants to leave.

I know he is in a mood alot, but since Vanessas departure he has been worse. The boos really shook him up, I think.

I don't think he is as hard as he makes out and he is frightened of public opinion.

I think Jason is just saying that he wants to walk as he thinks he's going to be nominated this week! I think this has a lot to do with Vanessa getting booed and the fact that he's not tried to get to know the other housemates, perhaps he's just trying to prepare himself for what he thinks will be BB's announcement that he is up for eviction this week ?

Dan's Cold Shoulder

Daniel has told Jason that he doesn't want to talk to him for a few days as the surly Scot is beginning to grate on his nerves.

The low-key exchange of views occurred after Jason returned from a visit to the Diary Room. The Scot inexplicably snapped and advanced on a prostrate Daniel who was wrapped in a duvet on the sofa.

"Don't give me attitude," Jason snarled brandishing a rainbow-coloured magic wheel in Daniel's face. Dan responded calmly, asking how he could have given him attitude without actually saying a word.

"Don't lose respect," said Jason quietly.

"Well I have - I can't get it back just like that," responded Daniel bluntly. But he didn't elaborate on the reasons for his annoyance with Jason.

As the two muttered at each other, Daniel told Jason that he didn't want to speak to him "for a few days."

"Alright," laughed Jason before adding a flabbergasted, "Are you serious?"

He stalked out of the living room leaving Daniel and Shell to dissect his recent behaviour.

Daniel released his pent-up frustration exclaiming, "He's just really starting to get on my tits... I'm not putting up with it."

But he conceded that his irritation with Jason wasn't worth falling out over and explained the reason for his exasperation.

He told Shell, "He's a very negative person" and the pair mulled over his immaturity. Daniel earnestly told Shell that he's tried to communicate with Jason - and had failed.

The twosome also believed Jason was throwing his weight around and Daniel warned, "He can't do it with me."

That's for sure.

Rebellious Jason in warning No2

MOODY Jason has been given his second formal warning.

The Scot was called to the Diary Room for leaving the sofa area during the latest round of eviction nominations.

After his ticking off, Jason marched into the garden and revealed Big Brother had asked him: “Do you have a problem with following the rules?”

He got his first warning for bad behaviour after the booze-fuelled row which rocked the house.

Jason told Victor for the umpteenth time that he was thinking of leaving the house.

He said: “You get two warnings — the third one you’re out.”

Nadia and Marco had a more cheerful visit to the Diary Room — when he pulled down her bikini top.


Earlier, the housemates held a Glastonbury-style festival with a mini Stonehenge, camping stove and portaloo on the grass.

So Jason got a warning such a shame Think he knows he may be up for eviction and is playing it so that he can say that he doesnt mind cos he wants to leave the house anyway. That man really grates on me and is quickly catching up with Victor with regard to the housemate I like least. Personally I think BB has been very kind with regard to warnings this year. How many times have Jason and Victor discussed nominations and got away with it.
