I think the tweets on his twitter now are just automated ones from his website. He always posts stuff like that and doubt he's on twitter doing it 24/7.

A lot of Katie's recent tweets are either so non-specific (i.e. thanking people for watching her show, plugging the link to her show... actually she hasn't been doing much else) that they could easily have been scheduled, and half of them don't even look like they've been written by her (one of them includes the sentence 'lets go peeps' )
