I think it cooks it lovely Cherie.

A lot of people place the gammon in the slow cooker with cider/apple juice/cola etc but I honestly don't bother with any of that I literally place the gammon in the slow cooker with the tiniest amount of water and leave it to cook on low for 8 hours (4 on high)

A nice easy fry.
Cumberland sausages, bacon medallions, eggs, mushrooms, pease pudding , tomatoes with bread and butter.

Followed by Bakewell tart and custard if we have any room left.

Anyone know a creamy low fat pasta sauce? (not in a jar) tried ricotta and natural yogurt and that was ok sick of tomato based sauces.
