When you say Artic do you mean Baltic.........I wonder
This must be to counter the NATO build up of troops in the Baltic states........which was to counter the build up of Russian troops in the Ukraine...............which was to counter the build up of Westward moving forces into the Ukraine and ongoing since the early 90's So we have move and counter move like peices being moved on a chess board. All unecessary and all a bit worrying as what will happen after all the pieces are in place ?
