In this interview she mentions that the Love Island producers would basically control their conversations and really manipulate the show by forcing them into couples then split them up. Since Big Brother moved to Channel Fail the show has become a cheap TOWIE clone and it's just not the same show. Without the Live Feed there is no proof that they are being filmed 24/7 and it's obvious they only film certain things the producers have constructed such as fake arguments and tw*ttish behaviour that they think will appeal to the new generation of a fans who obsess over the likes of Joey Essex on a daily basis. |

Can I get a witness?

Screaming at Love Island getting dragged.
I don't think that BB is overly manipulated as in producers tell certain people to do certain things but the producers certainly influence the drama. If something similar was happening on BB now I'm sure one of them would go to the press and they would be thirsty for the money that would go alongside it

If producers were to go in and structure a conversation, it would have come out in the news by now, especially after the celebrity editions. I don't think that the show is that structured.

Exactly. It's been on Channel 5 for four years, we'd have heard something by now. And Perez practically revealed everything afterwards anyway.

This 'new generation' doesn't want it either... me and my friends who watch BB (and are year 9/10) all think it's getting too contrived too, and we hate TOWIE.

Favourite housemates if a series is excluded, then I haven't watched it or don't currently have a favourite. Spoiler: |

POW! BLAM!

Perez would have talked about structured convos in his tell all, surely?
And Harriett seemed pretty bitter about the unfair 4in4out, she'd have spilled, even anonymously. |

It hasn't happened yet. But rather than go back to the original, tried and tested format that they turned their backs on from the moment they got the show I wouldn't be surprised if Channel 5 go down this route next year.
The fact they've reached the point of being so blatant in their fixing the show to keep Marc in for another week says it all. They'll probably allow nominations next week, knowing full well Marc will be up with someone like Harry and they can do a total hatchet job on her in the edit. |
