I used to sit in the sun for hours and would just tan but a few years back I was sitting out for a half hour and ended up having some weird allergic reaction it was that bad I had to go to a&e since then my skin and eyes just can't handle the sun at all.

Can you not get a prescription from the chemist?

I live in a town whos local hospital was called the inch hospital.

but I see in some other posts the pic appearing in
full size on the post

Upload it to imgur then copy the image location and paste that in between [img] and [/img ]

imgur is https://imgur.com where you can upload pictures.

Another way is to upload the picture using Manage Attachments, then right-click on the link or picture and copy the image address.

Then paste the picture address in between [img][/img] tags, or use the Insert Image icon.

...the image icon isn’t working for me anymore...none of the top icons are and I can’t edit posts...

I'll try and fix that. It's difficult to test because you are using the Safari browser and I can't run that directly.
