Hmm.. I'd prefer Tara just because she's actually been on the show herself.
Not sure on Kelly, but Jack Osbourne is a TERRIBLE presenter! lol, just putting that in there.

I think Tara had many screws loose and was an awful presenter. Kelly is okay but goodness knows what she looks like. Plus that other bloke is a bit ott and mad which is very off putting.
