Weekend at Bernies - Was a bit reluctant to have a re watch of this one because when i think of it I remember it as hilarious and I didn't want to ruin that memory as i was only a kid when i first watched it I watched it with my 16 year old daughter and she thought it was hilarious and so did I......again, yay 8.5/10

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - Loved it, Ithink it might even be better than the first one. Drax is easily my favourite character, he's hilarious. Also, baby Groot 9.5/10

Rogue One
I really liked it, I think they could have cut out quite a bit since it started to really drag but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Spoiler: 8/10 |

Moonlight - Hard to believe this won best picture over Hacksaw Ridge or Manchester by The Sea or Fences. It was ok, the end was weird, it was a bit boring tbh 6/10

Your Name
I ****ing loved it, it's heartfelt, original and I was completely and utterly emotionally invested. It's a ****ing journey of a film and I loved every second of it. 10/10 |

Tried to watch sausage party tonight, watched the first ten minutes and had to turn off, I'm no prude and do swear from time to time but to have to use a swear word every other word to make it seem 'funny' made me realise that it was probably going to be rubbish and I hate people using swearing as vocabulary so I will score that a 1/10

The Equalizer (2014)
8/10 > well paced and kept me interested throughout The Running Man (1987) 8/10 > cheesy entertainment with a few good one liners thrown into the mix, also it was set in the future 2017 which was good timing watching it this year

Cold in July - It was watchable but the plot made very little sense 5.5/10
Hidden Figures - Great movie, it would make you embarrassed to believe that people behaved that way in the very recent past though 8.5/10

I, Daniel Blake - 7/10.
I don't wanna talk about it, me and Kizzy got in a rl rl bad fight about it . I was mean about Daniel Blake and she fancies him or something, I can't remember exactly why it got so heated. There's a thread if anyone wants to know my reasoning for the pretty average rating . |

Locke.
|
Get Out - 8.5/10 - Really enjoyable, creative idea, and great lead performance from Daniel Kaluuya. Near enough everyone from the original Skins crew are big stars now.
Aftermath - 5/10. - Pretty good seeing Arnie in a serious role and the first half of the film was very good, got a bit dull after that though. Logan - 8/10. - Probably the best superhero film of recent times, only TDK trilogy are better. |

Taken. Don't know why this is hailed as a classic. Before even watching it you know how it's going to end. Really predictable and Liam Neeson's acting is unfortunate. 5/10
