Report on Ch4HD News
saying how the House of Lords say its a failure, Big ships end up dealing with more Economic Migrants from Libya in the water - not even able to swim. They now use Worse small boats to smuggle them to Italy. The Smugglers changed to fit the Big Ship to pick them up. So Criminals got Richer and even more Dead in the water.
