Has anyone played this? I think it's a few years old but it's recently been released on the Switch and I'm thinking about getting it, is it any good?

within the elder scrolls series alone, oblivion was much better

It's best and always will be best on the PC with mods. If you get it set up right with the right mods (and we're talking using HUNDREDS of mods, some big some small) it can be an amazing game.
Unmodded / console Skyrim is only "ok". Same with Fallout 3 / 4. |

Why were you spending time looking at their toes?

Thanks everyone, I bought it today so hopefully I'll enjoy!
I've heard that mods do make it much better but I'm hoping that since I haven't played it with them I won't really know what I'm missing so maybe it won't matter too much.

Skyrim is amazing and that seems to be where the series will evolve (the MMO Elder Scrolls is pretty much like Skyrim), but I do agree, play Oblivion as well. I've been playing it at 4K and it holds up surprisingly well for an older game. |

We have this for the PS4.
It's a great game but there are so many glitches and bugs in it. Anyone who is thinking of playing should realise they'll be giving up their life for the next 6 months. |
