First of all, internalised transphobia would mean they themselves were trans and were hating on themselves.

If what you actually mean is India is suffering due to others lack of empathy or disdain for what she is.. you’re wrong. Everyone in there is going out of there way to treat her as a woman. To treat her as a human being. She is the one constantly bring up her transition.

If anyone had actually said anything remotely offensive to her they would be gone. No way Big Brother would risk India’s rath. Or the rather of everybody watching .

I'm just gonna repeat what everyone else is saying BUT the housemates aren't transphobic. they may act differently around india but that's because of how offended she gets over small things not because she is trans. they also may not understand it but yet again that isn't transphobic as they are attempting to be kind and patient (but when ur with someone like india that may be tough). drag is not transphobic or offensive (unless the person doing drag is transphobic or offensive) its an act of gender expression/playing a role its not anything india should have got fussed about. she didn't have to like it but she didn't even try and relate to Andrews point of view.
and obviously the housemates would have to be trans for it to be internalised transphobia. if anyone was genuinely offensive to india (as in misgendering her constantly reminding her she lived as a guy using slurs etc) then this would be a different story yet they haven't.

Ginuwine refusal to date transgender doesn't make him scared. Courtney didn't dress Andrew up for the purpose to scare India...
...and India isn't strong and she isn't doing the trans community proud. India is one of the most selfish people I have watched...she has no interest in anyone else or anyone else's story or issues. EVERYTHING is about her...all she has to talk about is her transition and all the problems and discrimination she has had to deal with...like she is the only person in the world who has suffered.
Why can't India embrace her new body as she is now the woman she wanted to be....why can't she accept that people may from time to time refer to her as a he albeit not deliberately. Why can't she accept that not every man would date her wether it's due to her being transgender or not...

I don't like India but call her a she, why does she think she can change public opinion in five minutes by going into the CBB house.
