I swear I've seen like, three people mention this in the 4 years I've been here but I've been in LOVE with Steven Universe since 2015.
YES it's a children's show but it doesn't act like it is, in fact it's dealt with some subtle adult themes (consent, homophobia, racism) which I thought was neat!
The plot and lore is somewhat deep to? Not too deep children wouldn't understand it but deep enough to create a ton of fan theories, yet in a majority of cases, those fan theories aren't true, so the writers are (somewhat) smart
The songs are good too, with songs sung by Estelle. Also it's got some good comical moments while also being a serious show
I know I'm gonna be judged and no one probably watches it now but if Total ****ing Drama got it's own thread, why not this one?
