This is the Aussie $2 coin
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...Dollar_Obv.jpg This is the UK £1 coin http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...d2000front.jpg This is the Aussie 50 cent Coin http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi..._Cents_Obv.jpg This is the UK 50p http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ce_obverse.jpg See how people get confused, lol And yea, the Aussie Dollar is worth nothing, it was horrible moving to Ireland with all my hard saved Aussie Dollars, once I changed it to Euro I was poor. Sweden didnt take the Euro, but by Law they have to at one stage, they keep avoiding it. Denmark is the same as UK and has the opt out so never have to take it, But Denmark said it plan's to. All the new EU countries from 2004 onwards HAVE to take it, hehehe just means easier on the holidays. Yea I agree if £1 was €1 the it would be a good Idea, but the pound is too strong to give up just yet. |
