Awww crap Although if you're worried about debts contact the Citizens advice bureau. Can't recommend them enough, especially if you're worried/struggling. They'll take over the stress, honestly

Told me I was stupid for not getting written agreement over the debt when I payed my half. never again.

Am actually trying to get a long term loan to pay back the debt, because the amount they are asking off me per week is shocking at the minute

Yeah, they can't force you to live beyond your means. Google them, I have an info pack (via mate) and they do look great. Really set your mind at ease.
