I went deaf in one ear when I was a kid and sometimes it can be really embarrasing,but thankfully i hear well in my other ear,but you do get to learn to lip read pretty well and I could not imagine the horror of being blind,so I'de rather be deaf anyday.

personally i'd rather have someone else for pleasuring and for wiping my ass lol. I'd think most men would feel the same...

In the Netherlands, they provide someone to do that under the NHS, serious, sex workers are provided by their version of the NHS.
