As someone who grew up in a trailer park and one that is (eerily) portrayed in the series 'Trailer Park Boys' (which is so real to life its not funny to me),
but,
While I don't know as much about Ohio USA trailer parks I know a few American counter-parts and Isaac just cannot be from a trailer park.
I don't know anything about him other than 5 minutes on BBLB so far but it is baffling he would own a bar and be a promoter at the age of 23.
This is a few years later so suppose at the age of 21??
Who knows if that is not a whole lot of hype but it leads me to believe he is from a relatively wealthy family background.
I also understand he was a University student and again your family must have some money to send the kid to the University of Arizona.

Trailer Park Boys DO NOT own anything let alone a bar, have a band (maybe a shltty guitar?) and they do not go to universities I can tell you that.
They don't have 3,000 pounds worth of tattoos by 23 and they definitely do not travel to Australia to 'party'.

Not to mention the actual term 'Redneck' is a mockery of their skin colour.
I have heard 'farmers tan' (more specifically to the arms) but of course 'red neck' refers to pale white-skinned people who, in the hot summer months, get sunburnt on the back of their necks and head too of course.

So really its a racist sort of comment on skin colour.

The term 'redneck' does indeed refer to the sunburned necks of white people who earn their livings working outdoors, i.e. laborers and farmers--what Brits would refer to as 'working class.' There are rednecks in every state in the U.S., and I daresay throughout the U.K. and this forum.

The term denotes a person of poor education, meager resources, limited mental capacity, strongly held sexist and racist views, and boundless stupidity. This does not describe Isaac.

Isaac is just a garden variety a**hole, and those come in every color and from every country.

For example people from Toronto thinking it is funny to joke about 'Rednecks' in Alberta and assume they must be racist and very stupid (obviously not being as sophisticated and liberal progressive as themselves so they must be stupid),

In fact Alberta is arguably the most educated province in Canada with more students in more world class Universities or other highly regarded 'post-secondary' institutions,
which are better funded by 'rednecks' in our province,

in fact Edmonton (for example) had more substantial ethnic diversity long before Toronto ever caught up.
And,
To this day has substantially LESS 'Racial Violence' than Toronto and by the way the shootings take place in crack houses in ****in 'Sophisticated Urban Toronto' and not by rifle-owning Albertan farmers and 'rednecks'.
