The wicked witch has finally shot herself in the foot by alienating all the HMs. She has done nothing but be negative for weeks...going on and on and on. She has intimidated the HMs who are scared of her...and this episode of the letter from home has burst the bubble. Laughter releases the HMs tension and also shows Bea they aren't scared of her.
Personally I've no sympathy for Bea - she has brought this whole thing on herself. Anyway I think her reign of terror may be over. |

I so wish, though, that those silly and very soppy housemates would STOP hugging her!!! She needs total alienation.

the laughter is a turning point...it shows that they recognise her anguish is in fact unreal or at the very least very disproportionate.......it will be impossible for her to be taken seriously again
