I am starting to get worried because almost everyday I get a really bad back pain. It gets so bad i have to lay down right away or it gets worse. after I lay down for a bit its fine. It always happens if I have no support on my back. So if I am like walking around and bending alot ( Not being dirty ) then it gets so painfull.
Should I go to a doctor about this? Or is there somewhere else I should go. In america there is a place called a chiropractors but I dont know if you get them here, or if its even called that here? Please help. Thank you x

We all get back problems.
You may need to Sit up Straight ,more lay on a flat bed And after a rest it corrects itself also a Shower on the back helps sort the pain. If it is still bad yes a Doctor needs to check you. We have chiropractors but make sure you find out how much the session is first. I went to one old boy he knew what was wrong and told me how to correct it also a cream that took away the pain. I was lucky , someone else told me of that special Doctor. Last edited by arista; 10-10-2009 at 02:40 PM. |

There are chiropractors in every country!
If you go to your GP he will probably sent you to a chiropractor. Get well soon.

Definitely go to see a doctor. Chronic back pains sometimes are symptoms of some type of disease or disorder.

Diseases! I am really scared now. I though it might just because not having support.

I wouldn't be worried, but just go to a Doc to make sure that nothing is seriously wrong.

I hate you all.

If you're sat at the computer a lot with no back support and bad posture, this will affect it. Make sure you're always sat up straight and take regular breaks from sitting in the same position for too long.

Yes it is Common as many of us do not sit with our backs the correct way.
If a bed is to soft and your back is hurting sleeping on a Flat Floor can correct it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_problems |

It's probably bad posture. I've had a dodgy back for years since a fall and the best thing for me is yoga every morning....stretches and strengthens the back. So lovely.

Back kills generally every day, not so much i have to lay down though it just always aches.
Could be from how you sit or lay, to your matress Matress used to effect me MASSIVELY so parents got me a new one. Could be the type of shoes aswell where they are very solid heels. Or form as in when you pick somthing up and you bend your back if its heavy will hurt your back, and if you dont bend your knees. Deadlift really helped with that one, having a support belt whilst doing it too. When my ex went to a Chiropractor a few years ago she had a male guy, and had to strip off into her underwear lol which worried her when he just said "if you just take your trousers and top off now". Said it did help though. And one of my friends was told by a doctor to sleep on the floor... it made his back pain worse tho lol.
