I think it'll do anything but, the results shows always have an higher audience rating.

And I mean it will lose its tension, its grip to find out whos gonna win. Its pretty obvs whos gonna win anyway, but I think the 2 day final wont work so good.

Either that or we are all gonna go out our heads on Saturday night when we dont find out who the winner is Espicially if Joe ended up third, my God.

I did prefer it when you got the result the same night though. It made more of a night of it. I hate having to wait until the following day.

That's a good point. It must put the contestants through even more pressure. And I know we get entertained by some big artists too but I would rather they extended the show by half an hour on a Saturday to incorporate this. Then did the results later. If they milk it any more next year I think it may put people off.

Was very surprised and dissapointed when they confirmed it was a 2 day final. always expected the final to be one night despite the others being 2

It does take the shine off it I agree. The final is supposed to be THE FINAL. It takes the excitement out of it a bit having it over two nights.

Going on how its been every live show, I would assume they'd carry it on for the final too and have it over Saturday night and Sunday night, but ya never know.

In terms of excitement and tension all will be lost by having the final finish on Sunday. But in terms of ratings it'll do the show wonders.

I've loved the Sunday night results this year, but for the final it'll ruin it because of the fact that we know we have school/work the next day.
