Nah it's the way I'm built. It's not lack of fat, because I'm incredibly skinny bone wise anyway. Can't see myself ever eating my way to an average looking weight.

I never ate when I was actually growing up and when those bones were forming. Too late to change that now I reckon.

The man does nothing but humiliate people, he helps no one it's the psychiatrists and help teams that do the work. The price to utilise those teams are that you have to be verbally abused by a complete c*nt for half an hour on national TV. He does more harm then good.
