if people mess up words or walk into chairs or whatever then good, in the real world people do sometimes get their words mixed up or bump into things by accident, that's normal
it adds to the realism
so long as they dont laugh after making a mistake and just incorporate it into the dialogue

The EE Episode tonight cost a hell of alot because of the background characters they had over 52 Characters and last year they were liminted to 16 but they broke it tonight and it cost alot.

nah. not only, as stu said, would it be cost effective but it'll also mess up the episodes airing after it and it would have to be a big storyline, like EE's one, otherwise it's pointless.
