- 2 chocolate chip cookies from Subway (late breakfast today - NOT my typical breakfast, in fact most of the time I don't even eat breakfast even though I should)
- 6" tuna sandwich from Subway
- 12 buffalo wings (meal of the day ) with a few celery sticks ()

Drank
- A glass of milk
- Some orange flavored Snapple (not sure if a thing in the UK)
- 2 bottles of water

I eat pretty sh!t, today was actually even somewhat of a healthier day for me aside from the breakfast lol.

Piece of white toast, cuppa and a couple of cookies for breakfast, a cuppa at my Auntie's and a slice of Swiss Roll then just had a microwave curry for me tea!

I've been brewing a pot of tea in the mornings/early afternoon and eating these with them dipped in my tea cup...it's the right amount of sugar, but not too much and it gives me a bit of energy boost from the caffeine in the chocolate and tea... chocolate biscotti...

Not much, a couple of Cornish pasties and an egg custard, been busy today.

I'm just about to have a late tea of salad. Lettuce, cucumber, cress, spring onion with some cheese, ham, quiche, pork pie, new potatoes and egg mayo.

2 (small-ish) bowls of chocolate Lucky Charms with milk

Lunch
- Grilled chicken panini
- Bottle of water

Dinner (post-workout!)
- Popeyes 3 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and a biscuit
- Fruit punch

And 2 other bottles of water at work & 1 more at the gym.
