Porridge with sultanas and soy milk

Cheese sandwich (wholegrain)
Coffee from the French press with soy milk and pure cane sugar

Curry noodles and mixed stir-fry veggies

Home made fork biscuits (Mary Berry recipe)
Tea with soy milk and pure cane sugar

Breakfast - granola & yoghurt

Lunch - one footlong steak & cheese sub and one 6" nacho beef sub

Dinner - two bits of fish (cod or haddock icr) on a bed of roasted mediterranean vegetables


Might have some porridge soon

2 pieces of white toast and a cuppa with a couple of oat digestives to dip in for breakfast then nothing until a beef dinner with all the trimmings, Yorkie Puds and red cabbage, the lot, beautiful.

I'm up working on portrait commissions tonight and might get a little bit of cereal later. Fruit & Fibre!

Nothing as yet , I fast every day for 19 hours then 'break my fast' around 5pm then eat a days amount of food between 5pm and 10pm .... maybe worth some if you guys reading up on the 16/8 fasting regime and all it's benefits !!
