Thumbs up I would like some information on Thorpe Park

Going to book a trip to Thorpe Park, I've never been. I'd just like some information before hand if anyone can help. What's the best rides? Are there haunted houses/rides (apart from SAW which I now know about) Is it better than Alton Towers, Oakwood etc.

I know I can just check the site which I have done but I want peoples opinions who have been. Cheers if any of you offer help.

Stealth (obviously) Its very fast very high but a short ride for a long wait.
Nemesis and Collosus - The best roller coasters.

Rush - Biggest hydraulic swing in europe.
Slammer and Samurai both awesome.

They are the best rides generally.

Thorpe park is always a great day out, been like 6 times now.

Ive not been alton towers but ive heard alton towers is better (a bit) but thorpe park is second best in the country.

Cheers Ben.
I love Alton Towers, I've been so many times. I love Oakwood too; it's such a nice theme park!

I'll give this a go then, I'll go when the kids are in school so I can go on most of the rides.

Yeah its always great going then.
When we went when it was pissing with rain stealth was a 10 minute wait (usually hour n half +)

But yeah its definately worth it, most of my friends have been alton towers ( i havent ) but they say its a bit better, but thorpe park is just far closer for us.

I went to haven there when I was younger, we were meant to be going to the theme park on the last day, but my little sister broke the window in the caravan so my dad kicked off and said we couldnt go because he would have to pay to replace the window
