Chico is really growing on me - I can't help it. He is far more entertaining than Philip. I think Simon definitely made the right choice.

You can't keep giving Phillip chances to improve, I was sick of his excues, let's face it he was never likely to win. Chico's just a bit of entertainment each week.

I like him more than Chenai, but the Conway Sisters, shocking as they are, are probably slightly better than Chico.

I keep hearing and reading that "Chico is entertaining"
en·ter·tain·ing adj. Agreeably diverting; amusing: The children staged an entertaining puppet show. Source: Dictionary.com I disagree. |

Isn't the X Factor about more than just being able to sing though? It's about providing entertainment, and I do find Chico one of the most entertaining people there.
But just like with BB, everyone has different opinions, and thank goodness, otherwise what would be the point in having a competition? I cringe watching Philip because I feel so embarrassed for him. He has had three attempts to prove himself now, and has failed on each occasion. Louis saying that he should be excused because of his nerves is pathetic - does he think that the other acts aren't nervous? Chico at least makes me smile. |

Although Chico is a bit of entertainment each week, and the X Factor would be duller without him, I think its unfair when he keeps denying acts like Addictiv Ladies and Phillip, and possibly moer in future of their deserved place in the final, which is probably slightly more deserved than Chico's place.
However, I also agree with whats been mentioned, that the X Factor isnt just about singing but about all round performing, so why should we judge Chico just because he cant sing? Overall though, I still think that Chico's time on the X Factor should end next week, as entertaining as he may be, the other acts are more deserving |

Chico should've gone on Saturday. Philip was indeed poor and would never have won, but he was better than both Chico and Journey South (who should also have been in the bottom two) on the last show. And Simon lied, too. Before they sang again, he said; 'I give you my word that I'll make my decision based only on your performances this evening'. However, after they'd both sang, it suddenly changed to; 'I'm going to save the act that I think the public would like to see stay'. |

I think he did use perfomance as a basis for his decision though.

I found Chico's performance amusing, whereas Philip just made me cringe. I feel embarrassed for him when he's 'performing'.
