Default Should BB Change the Format to...?...

I see lots of complaining from fans of the show who are pleading with the (moronic) voters by asking them not to vote out entertaining housemates.

This is futile.

It aint gonna happen.

It's like asking a Great White NOT to chew you in half when you go diving in shark infested waters.

It's in the (moronic) voters nature to vote on impulse and irrationality, so pleading with them to not vote out good housemates is a waste of time.

There's only one answer (yes, BB production team, I'm talking to you):

Scrap evictions.

Replace them with punishment-themed tasks: the loser doesn't get evicted, they merely get punished for the whole weekend, or is rewarded whilst the rest of the house gets punished.. it doesn't matter, anything to spark conflict will work.

Anyway, my way displays the public can still waste their money by voting, and BB get their cash votes.

And, more importantly, real fans (like yours truly) get to enjoy BB with great housemates.

BB is being cancelled because, frankly, the format as-is sucks balls. It needs a revamp.

I'm expecting only sensible people to agree with this btw.

So, cast your vote as to whether this is a good idea.

EDIT: If you vote no to this, you have NO RIGHT to complain about the show being boring. End of.

Disagree massivley. The biggest disagree I have ever given.
Eviction IS the show, and its too late after being the main focus in 10 years

I bet you never read the OP properly. Read it again, digest the argument, then post.

No, Im a thicko.

The show would feel like it is going nowhere without evictions, they are a big part of it.

I was on a temp ban and it has expired. Though my proposals are actually saving the show (and hence the forum) the ungrateful idiots here should be thanking me (that goes for mods too).

So then how do you explain the series being far more watchable this week than it was for the previous two?

Oh yeah, lets scrap evictions and "rescue" the show from being in the least bit interactive or eventful.

I've explained how the show would benefit from an overhaul in the OP. I suggest you read it before commenting.

btw, I love it how the idiots are against this idea yet they are so stupid to see it would save BB and make it better. I am embarressed to even talk to them, but, alas, one must talk to the peasants from time to time.

Whilst I agree something needs to change - scrapping evictions is not the way forward, if you ask me. It wouldn't seem like Big Brother UK anymore.

A Vote to Save would ensure that the dullards are evicted. If there weren't evictions, they would still be there, and we don't want that.

Vote to save doesn't work. They tried that with John McCririck in CBB in 2005! He still got voted out.

You need to vote yes to this proposal otherwise your posts whinging about the show being stale or the voters voting wrong is spammy and unworthy! You need to make a proper stand on this instead of fence sitting Jack.

I have read it and my statement still stands... everyone has the right to expect the show to be involving and entertaining in the first two weeks, which this series wasn't. That has nothing to do with evictions, but simply a poor cast of housemates.

The show would completely lose its appeal without the benefit of viewers interaction and the ratings would plummet further still. Watch the Real World or Bad Girls Club if you hate evictions.

And on that note, if you don't want most people to strongly disagree with you, then you could start by not posting pigheaded, narrow-minded threads like this.

Yes, and THAT is why BB is being axed.

Too many useless oafs who couldn't figure out how to make a good show and not enough bright sparks like yours truly who figured out this ages ago!
