She looks like a fat man in a dress which is not surprising because that is what she is. She has a fake vagina - probably made out of remnants of the penile material (that's how they normally do this, as I understand it). she is not playing dress up, she believes in her head she was supposed to be born a woman.

That is a recognised medical condition. Stop trivialising things you clearly cant comprehend.
