Thats an absolutely amazing idea but I think you'd need a good artist and a lot of time!

I dont know exactly how it would work either, I havent got a pack of cards handy at the mo!

The best I could come up with so far was

"This is Big Brother. Comprendez?" which at least was something to do with our site.

I can see I am going to have to get some big pictures off the Internet now! I don't know how good my drawing skills are but I think it's worth giving it a go.

It might be a case of scanning some playing cards at high res, substituting the faces, and doing a banner print so that several A4 sheets can be stuck together to form the poster. That sounds quicker than drawing it! You need the right software to do the part-pages.

No Oldgit, you can't! I've started on the cards now .... !!

The Alex one is nearly done - it is the Ace of Spades with a big picture of Alex in the middle.

I have changed Jade and Jonny round so that Jade is the joker and Jonny is the jack, it seems to fit better.

We'd better get near the front after all this!!!

The banners are now complete. I am at work at the moment, and they are all up on the windowsill behind where I sit.

I was hoping to take a photo of them this morning with the work digital camera but it is off site at the moment. Hopefully I will get a photo of them at some stage. I hope even more that you will see them all tonight!!

They go as follows:

Alex - Ace of spades, big picture of Alex in the middle of the spade
Jade - Joker, her face with a jester's hat and a kind of jester's ruff
Kate - King of Diamonds, her wearing her England t-shirt and a caption saying "Diamond Bird"
Jonny - Jack of clubs with him in his stripey black and white top and a caption saying "Heart of Gold" (he should have been the Jack of Hearts, not the Jack of clubs but I doubt anyone will notice!

They are all on yellow A1-sized mounting board. So now you know what to look out for!

How close to the front were U?

They said that sum people camped overnight to be at the front! I dont understand that though, I mean if they go off to the toliet they wouldnt be able to get back to the front would they?
And they cant hold it in for 24hours!
Or do the first people there get allocated a front spot?

I will be able to post pictures of them at some point, but wait for it - get this - Jonny saw the banner I had done of him and asked for security to get it for him. So it was passed through and he took it with him!!!

I watched the shows this morning on video and the banners were there a few times. We were near the studio about 3 from the front and could see loads. The best shots to spot them on are when Jade and Alex came out as they were filmed going past us. Remember they are A1 size and on yellow card and that will help.

When Jonny came out, C4 were on an ad break when he came past and Kate didn't come past until right at the end after the show had finished.

It was an amazing night though and I'm still on a high this morning!!
