If they are struggling for someone to nominate then Vanessa could be the easy option, and also in the interests of fairness some of them make take the view that the rest of them have served the full time, and so are more deserving than Vanessa.

I think all of them deserve it more than Vanessa, even the ones I am not so keen on have been entertaining, and certainly did more in their own original series.
