I think pre-occupation with anyones size is rediculous, it certainly didn't matter to that audience last night ans now she's over the first hurdle people will want to hear her sing and see her perform.
Her problem will in the end be the themed weeks, most she will be able to do well and excel at but it depends what they are and sometimes they hammer acts that should have done better in the show in the past.

lol I thought Josie made it plain its big bones not fat - I like Mary but she could have been perfect if she worked at Saisburys instead of Tesco - only a small flaw though - nothing against Tesco except there isn't one near me so I can't shop there

Mary won't win, I think thats pretty much guranteed.

But this thread is abysmal. I find Mary quite an attractive lady in a scary sort of way, and I don't think she is actually THAT fat. People are so focused on how people look these days, it's pathetic.
