Any person with a good sense of whats better would know that Mary was far superior in the sing off, she was brillant and Cher was very weak in all fairness, think it should be called the fiX Factor, Simon should have done the descent thing and let it go to deadlock, why oh why was he looking at Cheryl, was he afraid she would punch him or not give him any later, pathetic, if Cher wins, i won't be watching next year.I hope Rebecca, Matt oer even one erection win over that horrible beast of a child.

She was better than she has been.

Last week she was good this week she was average, and she had got continually worse, sounded more and more kareoke in my mothers words.

Cher was always going to stay tonight up against her.

Cher impressed me.

The judges did disagree with you. They either praised Mary's singing, praised her as a performer.
1 picked Mary as the better singer.
1 apologetically picked Cher as it was her 'team'.

So you obviously disagree with the judges.

We may never know but this was probably a robbery. If it went to public vote I suspect (don't know) but my guess is that Mary would have gone through,
however,
Cher, though a bad singer, is also a big appeal to the kind of demographic they want here. Excited teenagers with topped-up mobile phones and who will buy a lot of fizzy juice Simon (via CherL) will eventually sell them.

Mary bores me, she's done the same thing since week 1. I'll hate them all after it finishes but until then I'd prefer to watch Cher as she's at least a bit more interesting then Mary.

Mary is a shouty one trick pony. We definitely do not want her predictable pub cabaret drabness in the finals. Especially when Louis would probably have wheeled out Westlife to bloody sing with her...no thanks!

Like her or not, Cher is the big star of XF 2010 and the judges know this and want her there for the final. She will not win but has earned top 4 at least.

Mary was crap and only got this far because Ireland gets to vote this year.

Every poll had her bottom of the vote and the only reason she's getting support now is because of the anti Cher stance bitter folk are taking.

Mary was much better, but of course what Princess Cheryl wants, Princess Cheryl gets. She wanted to sing a duet with her pet Bratz doll in the final, and if Princess Cheryl doesn't get her own way she stamps her feet at Uncle Simon.

I'm not arsed what a handful of your friends voted. Mary was bottom of every poll. Her main support came from Ireland with newspapers, TV and radio shows continuously asking for the country to vote. If she makes a record you can bet that a large majority of her sales will be from Ireland.

I am not a Cher fan or a Cheryl fan but tbh it was Mary's time to go and it was a fair decision, she wasn't robbed at all. She was great in the sing off and I thought she would take some beating and was getting ready to scream at the telly if Cher got through, but to be honest Cher surprised me, she was good, dare I say better than Mary - imo she was and for the first time I was impressed with her. Good for Danni that she stayed true to herself and judged on that performance only. She has always praised Mary and she didn't change on that, she simply voted on Cher being the best in the sing off. No conspiricies, no fixes its a good decision, whether its one people like or not - well thats another story...............but imo its still the right one. I'm really looking forward to the final...
