Spitting is disgusting.

Any projection of such body fluids is unecessary and vile. I don't see the issue in it being seen as such.

If they wish to enforce fines for such awful and disgusting behaviour: I am all for it. I won't be the one who has to pay the fines so no problem there at all. None.
