Default Mortal Kombat: Legacy
This might be of interest to anyone that liked the films, instead of opting for a proper reboot Warner Bros commisioned a web series and the first episode debuted a few days ago.

I liked it for what it was, it was good ol' cheesy fun. Here's the trailer for the whole series.

No matter that they act like senile 12-year-olds on the Today programme website - smoking illegal fags to look tough and cool. No matter that Amis coins truly abominable terms like 'the age of horrorism' and when criticised tells people to 'fuck off'. Surely we all chuckle at the strenuous ennui of his salon drawl. Didn't he once accidentally sneer his face off?

The actress who plays her has been in a lot of TV shows I think, one of the Star Treks if I remember right.

Oh gosh yeah... it's 7/9 from Voyager. I recognise the guy playing Jax as that gangster from the Dark Knight (who doesn't live long).

I hated Star Trek but I could tolerate that one I think, that's the one with the female captain right?

The one who played Jax was also in the cinematic masterpiece that was the Spawn film
