I was there yesterday didnt get any further and the audition process was very very very boring. Nothing like previous years.

We was even being told to be quiet on occasions.

However the people going through were all pretty normal

One girl got kicked out of the interview for being fake. Apparently the producers had a right go at her for putting on an act lol.

i too am sick of the over the top camp, flamboyant attention seeking gay guys. However i dont think i would put Mario into that category he was relativly normal, and as much as Richard was like that he did make an intresting housemate......Charlie, Marco, Dennis, Brian, Kemal on the other hand.......... But those sort of guy do ruffle feathers in the house...so maybe they are needed if purley to add fuel to any fires that may occur, but def a 'normal' gay guy or even a non butch lesbian would be nice. Just anything that isnt a stereotype

nice to know they are weeding out the fake people then. i didnt find the audition process any different from previous years though the usual games, questions and taking the piss, pretty sure they always tell you to be quiet when they are filming other peoples audition interviews though.

There were no games or group discussions and the producers literally judged me on 3 questions. ie: "what do you do for a living?"

Theres no way they can even get to know people with the questions they ask it was all very general and did not see how we acted within a group. It was a waste of time to be honest with you and was very poorly put together.

I agree that Richard was vile though. I don't consider him stereotype of gay though, just a stereotypical CANADIAN.

wow that does sound bad, have to say though the manchester ones seemed to be ran alot better. Played about 3/4 group games, the usual lining people up, true and false statements, killer question game and arguing over certain topics. Also was asked quite alot of questions during interview. No idea why it would be such a shamebles in London, should always make it enjoyable for the exact reason if you dont get through atleast you can say you had a good/intresting day

I also seen a few guys get told to leave the interview process and not even see if thye got a yes/no from the end!

One guy who was basically saying he'd slept with cher lloyd and frankie from the saturdays got the boots and a girl who said she would defintly have sex with anyone in the big brother house got kicked aswell and a frank gallager impersonater.

Was obviously fake.

I'd never been to the auditions before but tbh the people who where at the rounds I was at I dont really think they where fake... if they where they wer REALLY good actors and kept there act on from start to finish.

Like when you see everyones VT's I remember mikey saying he basically hated woman then said after he left he done it for a just to get in. The guy I seen when I was there hated woman that bad I even asked him if he was gay lol...

Ah yes I forgot about Dan, I did like him actually he wasn't too bad.

I've seen alot of people say the same thing mate, that they got asked a few questions then got a no.

IMO on the application you need to get them a few things to ask you that are interesting, Im not going to say what myne wer but i'd heard rumours of people who hadnt put anythin good on there apps wer getting the "Are you single" "What do you work as" so I put controversial stuff to talk about and argued with them about it.

which person did you have interviewing? alot of people wernt happy about a man in his 40's-50's which pretty much said no to everyone in there room, maybe you got unlucky.

Ye! i was in the room next to him I had a younger guy, was pretty cool. Apparently the older guy was pretty high up compared to the other producers so maybe thats why.

I'd go again and think of something outrages and just go for it man!!

I was proper excited about going yesterday, was up for playing games and debating with peeps but it was soooooo boring.

I am happy that they picked normal people though.

Digital Spy are at the London ones today interviewing people:

dsrealitybites: Crisps, lasagne, Haribo and coke at BB auditions. We didn't get any of this in the Channel 4 days @KateCtweets

So many potentially good housemates must have slipped through coz of this. There should just be open auditions and thats it. All we did was sit around for hours and have a 2 minute interview.

They were going to send all online auditionees to the first round of the open auditions like everyone else but skip them past the crew like they did for BB10 but people complained that it was a waste of time having online applications if they didn't give them any advantage.
