I only saw her apologise once when it happened then she pretended to pull them down again.

She also told Nicola in the garden during tonights highlights that she would apologise to the twins.

Of course the producers will disagree, they don't want to risk being sued. I dont think people should feel pressured into apologising for something they don't want to (unless its an 'ism' or something).
