I hope that girl has done all the cooking and cleaning before brushing her hair. Her husband won't be happy if he comes home to find an empty dinner table.

Just watched a Live debate on FoxNewsHD.

This is so cute.

Little girls will love that - plus it breaks the stereotypical view that Lego is a toys for boys/males.

Good shout!

Of course she has. She's getting herself all neat and tidy, fluffed up and beautiful to greet her husband as he comes home after a very hard day at the office, to attend to his every whim.

Haven't you read this.

maybe it's different in the UK, but in America Lego has always been for both boys and girls. So why now then are they trying to make some seperate that suppossedly girls will like? Girls already liked normal lego!

I don't see the problem? There are tons of Lego products aimed at just boys, but girls play with them too. The same will happen here imo, just the other way around

what are you taling about? lego has never been aimed at girls or boys, it was always unisex. they have harry potter lego's you'd think it was for girls, but both sexes like it. Lego has always been for everyone, but now lego are trying to make something justr for girls?? why? Girls already like normal lego, so why try to make girls like pink lego's?? it is sexist.

If any parent buys these pink lego's for girls they are bad parents. Normal lego's are good enuf for BOTH genders!

Maybe it's different in the UK but here in the UK, we don't get our knickers in a twist about Lego wanting to bring about new ranges of Lego.

We also understand why such new products are introduced to the market. It's usually referred to quite commonly as 'demand'.

Demand = supply.

who was demanding it?? you make no sense.

they are colored blocks, why are they for any gender? they are for EVERYONE!

please tell me, who was demanding pink lego's and girls in beauty salons for lego?? no one demanded it. you make no sense.

now it's going to make parents with girls feel like they have to choose the girl lego sets, when they were perfectly happy choosing the normal lego sets. It will make parents feel like if they don't buy their girls the PINK legop sets the normal sets, then they are making them a lesbian or something. It's designed to manipulate parents to feel like girls should be buying the pink lego's and not the normal lego's. It's exploiting homophobia.

they are trying to CREATE sexism to sell more.

Depends on how many people you have met, do they have young children, do they have a mixture of young boys/girls, are you aware whether the young girls wanted their 'own' Lego to stop sibling fights over who gets the Lego?

So many questions, not enough time.
