Default This task is awful

Theres a continuous flow of people from the outside world coming in.

Plus why are they getting prizes? Its a ****ing task it should just be about the shopping budget. If they move their eyes then fail, if they dont then pass.

Simples.

Its a cheap knockoff of the Ignore The Obvious task from BB11.

Just check out the videos. #NotImpressed

This one is especially awful

Well they are ignoring it. It's the same as the Ignore The Obvious, people kept coming in (even Davina). I think it's fine.

All the tasks have been crap since it's been on C5. The only memorable one is the yes task.

You dont agree that its lame that BB are giving them treats ie alcohol, a visit from the family dog, takeaways and weights?

Tasks are supposed to be tough.

They desperately need tasks where they compete as individuals or as split teams sometimes with severe consequences for the losers, severe.

Still, I love the "Lost" style logo, even if the tasks fall a little short of that series. Why not force their eyelids open, pump them full of hallucinogens, and force them to watch subliminal brainwashing videos? Or wake them up every 108 minutes to press an anti-doomsday button? Or just let a polar bear run loose in the house? Must be that dreary "health and safety" business again.

They really do need to wake them up throughout the night!

I want alarms in the form of housemates bitching about other housemates played into the house.

Putting Arron in the small task room with a polar bear sounds more ideal.

Forget Housemate, become the Exec Producer?

Given my love of dystopian fiction, dramatic tension, and psychological horror, I would probably be arrested within a week, but it's an appealing notion.

Ever the more reason! The first Week of the show would in fact beat most series of Big Brother on a whole.

Having outsiders come in for tasks is nothing new, they've been doing it since like BB9 when they had to guess Rex's girlfriend. It has nothing to do with Channel 5. Get over it.

It would probably be something like a cross between "The Prisoner" and "Saw", and would almost certainly be the last season, as no-one would volunteer for the next even if the police did not close the studio down ... but it would certainly be memorable TV.

Sounds compelling TV. The HM's would only be known as numbers and whoever was up for eviction would be known as the "unmutual ones".

I must admit that upon entering the house, my intention was to latch onto the first person who had seen "The Prisoner" and force them to do the opening dialogue with me, as it was a small dream of mine to live that role ... though on reflection, the pool dive was a lot more dramatic and accessible viewing.

Big Brother fans are so hard to please.

It's a cool original task. They had thei food taken away from them during the task. Pretty sure that isn't something that usually happens so their prizes make up for that.

As a matter of interest, have you ever had the chance to visit Portmeirion?

I have, and it is just as creepy in real life, though it sorely needs a permanent brass band and human chessboard to make it complete.
