This has gotten amazing recently, probably my favorite show on TV now after the past 3 or 4 episodes, there are so many small stories within the main story that are keeping it interesting

I never really fancied this, until you started this thread. I downloaded the 17 episodes, and got through them mostly over the weekend.
It's perfectly watchable, but not great. Every episode is a bit samey, but then most shows have a formula they stick to. The bigger stories are definitely interesting, and finding out about his transformation is really starting to develop. Think the bad guys need to start hiring goons who can actually aim firearms though, as the amount of bullets sprayed in his direction versus hits made is a slightly silly aspect of the show. |

I thought it was one of the best episodes of the series. I still really have issues with the use of guns:
Spoiler: I'm glad he's found out what he has, and it's certainly set up for a good finale to the series. Definitely worth tuning in for series 2. Last edited by Jesus.; 03-05-2013 at 06:34 AM. |

Felicity is probably the best character on the show. I agree it was a good episode, especially the ending.

It's a series that has gotten better as it's gone along. It does have a few problems though, the story is miniscule as is Ollie's character, it feels like all he does is speak in a deep voice and engage in numerous shirtless training sequences. Also Tommy's character is really annoying and his story arc is really obvious, he's going to end up taking on his father's mantle, hurry up and kill him off please.
Felicity is a great character though and both Laurel and Roy's characters have a lot of potential since in the comics.... Spoiler: The island stuff is really strong as well and Slade's an interesting character. |

Yeah i agree, there was a point midway in the series where nothing was really happening and then Walter got kidnapped and it just started getting more interesting.
the guy who plays Fyers is amazing in that role as well Spoiler:

Just yesterday, it seems we were wondering when Season 2 will begin… The CW has now announced that the 2013-2014 season, for them, will begin in October 2013. It’s a long wait, and we’ll let you know if anything changes, but there you go. An actual date announcement will come very late in June or early in July.

It was a good episode, but Novo was right about it being too crammed. Thinking back to some of those filler episodes, they could have easily got rid of a couple of those and really built the finale up properly.
Will be interesting to see where they take this next season. |

Firefly and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star Summer Glau has booked a recurring role on The CW's breakout action drama toplined by Stephen Amell, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Glau will play the "enigmatically beautiful" and "dangerous" Isabel Rochev, vp acquisitions at Stellmoor International, a company looking to take over Queen Consolidated. She will first appear in the premiere. On Arrow, not much is known of Isabel, except as part of a list of names in Robert Queen's book of corrupt and powerful people in Starling City. (In the DC Comics universe, the villainous Isabel — who appears in several Green Arrow issues — rose from being a slave to running Queen Industries, with the desire to return the company back to its former glory.) Arrow — which began production earlier this week — has already introduced a slew of DC Comics characters, including Deadshot (Michael Rowe), China White (Kelly Hu), Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) and Deathstroke/Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett), and often taps genre favorites like Seth Gabel (Fringe) and Tahmoh Penikett (Battlestar Galactica) to fill roles. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/liv...-season-582563
